SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA LOBBYING FIRM PROMOTES MARLO NABER TO DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – Sheldon Group, a Southern California lobbying firm, is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Marlo Naber to director of public affairs.

As director of public affairs, Naber will oversee all public affairs programs, including government, community and media relations, for real estate development projects and government agency contracts primarily in Orange, Los Angeles and Ventura counties.

Prior to joining Sheldon Group in 2002, Naber spent several years in the public sector, both as a district representative in the office of United States Congressman Ed Royce and as a legislative aide with former California State Senator John Lewis. As a congressional and legislative aide, Naber acted as an advocate for the legislators with various local, state and federal agencies. She also worked with various community organizations, such as chambers of commerce, non-profit and charity organizations.

Naber received her bachelor’s degree in communications with an emphasis in public relations from California State University, Fullerton.
